After struggling with my weight for 15+ years, I've decided it's time for ME to take the bull by the horns. I want to feel better----I want to be more active----I want to look better----I want to grow old with my High School Sweetheart and watch my kids grow up. The decision for me to have weight loss surgery, specifically Lap Band was NOT taken lightly. After much research, prayer, soul searching and approval from insurance I decided to take control of my life and make it better!
Get out and walk! I have been sporadic about exercise...but I find that when I do get outside and exercise, I feel better and eat better the entire day. These effects are better than the calorie burning!

I just started walking two days ago & i fell much better. I am one of those that HATE exercise, but getting out in the sunshine seems to have lifted my spirits - so give it a shot!
