I've just been reading everyone's blogs, trying to glean some inspiration. Nothing new here. Same weight, no gain, no loss. Praying that sunshine and warmer temps will inspire me to get out and walk!


  1. Get out and walk! I have been sporadic about exercise...but I find that when I do get outside and exercise, I feel better and eat better the entire day. These effects are better than the calorie burning!

    I have been pretty much the same for a while, I know how you feel. Hang in there!

  2. I just started walking two days ago & i fell much better. I am one of those that HATE exercise, but getting out in the sunshine seems to have lifted my spirits - so give it a shot!
