Mad at myself!

Though I am maintaining I am not losing and I'm mad at myself! I have been making poor food choices and I haven't exercised in a week! What is wrong with me?!?!?!?  This stuck situation I am in is frustrating me too!  I did 2 days of liquid/mushy food had about a day and 1/2 after that of NOT getting stuck and then this AM I got stuck again!  PAINFUL and frustrating!

I just had to vent! Sorry ladies!


  1. Don't be mad at yourself. Nobody is going to stick to the plan 100% of the time. I would be lucky to stick to the plan 25% of the time :) Hang in there, you are doing great!

  2. I agree with Brooke, hang in there doll, the restriction WILL loosen up, it's just a matter of time. :) I do agree though - getting stuck just does our head in. It's hard going!!

  3. It's funny- I have been having my moments of not being 100% and I am frustrated that I haven't PB'd or gotten stuck.

    My thinking is: WTF? Did I break the band, why don't I PB?

    So it goes to show, we can't win when we focus on the negatives of mistakes with food- it's much better to forgive.

    You'll do better once Turkey day is done. Hang in there.
